Yellowstone


The waterslide at our West Yellowstone hotel was
the only great thing at the hotel. We had to eat the same
breakfast special each morning in "Trappers Cafe" - not delicious
at all . . .oh well - we still had fun w/the boys!!














































So - I don't really want to re-live this nightmare - but Hunter was actually chased by this coyote here at Midway Geiser Basin. Apparently our son is supposed to live long enough to start Kindergarten . . .gotta love the wildlife - but DO NOT instigate their chasing instincts!!

    Wow! How cold was Yellowstone? I can't believe a Coyote chased Hunter. That's just crazy!!!

    Yes - Hunter was really chased by a coyote. He was initially right by Andrew who was taking pictures of the coyote. Hunter then walked a little ways off and was just messing around - kind of hopping - and then the coyote just took off right for Hunter and all the people in the parking lot were screaming and Andrew was running and I was trying to get out of my seatbelt and around to him. Thankfully the coyote was scared by all the spectators yelling -and it went back towards the woods - but, we'll always remember the incident. It was freaky.
