Dr. Baird and the North Channel Dentistry team - including the "tooth fairy" who happens to be Miss Idaho 2009 and was Andrew's hygienist until she married a pro golfer from Australia after the Miss USA pageant. Andrew has the best office staff! All the girls are awesome!

Scottsdale

While Andrew was working hard (I mean hardly working), I found myself talking to the rabbits, geckos, and frogs while I read Stephanie Meyer's entire vampire series by the pool for a couple of days. It was HEAVEN. We stayed in our own casita separate from the hotel and I literally saw no one at my private little pool. If only I could do this weekly . . .I would be a new woman and very tan.
